Content Enrichment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Evaluate video content in accordance with established guidelines

• Offer research and editorial assistance related to contemporary pop culture video content

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and partnerships to provide editorial insights and conduct video-content research

• Assess videos for adherence to guidelines and alignment with client objectives

• Detect patterns and trends within video content

• Adhere to scheduled shifts and complete assigned responsibilities punctually

• Participate in company, managerial, and team meetings as required

• Evaluate designated videos to fulfill daily targets

• Incorporate an understanding of cultural and political contexts into work

• Foster the development of 1021’s organizational culture

• Utilize AI tools and policies approved by the company and clients in workflows, and recognize emerging trends in AI

• Undertake special projects as necessary

• Potential exposure to sensitive content during video evaluations

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field or industry

• Capability to maintain a regular schedule from a location within the United Kingdom or home state/locality due to legal constraints and sensitive content

• Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week over a 5-week period

• Must demonstrate adaptability, responsiveness, organization, flexibility, and effective time management skills

• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success
