Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop written and visual materials that clarify platform features, workflows, and best practices.

• Create guides, FAQs, one-pagers, social media content, and in-app notifications.

• Work with the team to prioritize content according to the adoption roadmap and identified gaps in the field.

• Design graphics, carousels, and presentations that adhere to brand and communication standards.

• Collaborate on campaigns that encompass various formats, including written guides accompanied by relevant videos.

• Ensure content remains up-to-date as the platform develops and suggest revisions for outdated resources.

• Organize and oversee a content library/help center.

• Collect feedback from users and the Field Adoption team to pinpoint new content opportunities.

• Assist John Deere platform users in comprehending and utilizing the platform, enhancing onboarding, usage, and training processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in content creation, copywriting, or graphic design, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or agtech sectors.

• Excellent writing abilities with a talent for simplifying technical information for a diverse audience.

• Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.

• Comfortable managing content calendars and handling iterative feedback.

• Basic understanding of agriculture or a keen interest in agtech (preferred).

• Experience in producing onboarding or educational/training materials (preferred).

• Fundamental video editing skills (preferred).
