AI & Digital Learning Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create eLearning, microlearning, and digital learning materials.

• Produce video-based learning experiences, demonstrations, tutorials, and supplementary resources.

• Develop presentations, graphics, animations, and other educational assets.

• Convert technical information into clear, accessible, and learner-centered content.

• Assist in creating technical training materials for PS, Tech Support, partners, and customers.

• Create and manage content for digital learning platforms and educational environments.

• Contribute to social media and digital communication content related to learning and enablement.

• Investigate and integrate AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation and learner engagement.

• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, technical teams, Education Services, and other stakeholders to validate and develop content.

• Ensure technical precision while maintaining a learner-centered approach.

• Uphold consistency in editorial standards, visual identity, terminology, and learning design.

• Continuously refine content based on learner feedback, engagement metrics, and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in developing eLearning, microlearning, tutorials, or other digital learning content.

• Strong grasp of visual communication and content design principles.

• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.

• Proven experience in creating or editing video and multimedia content.

• Background in developing content for social media and digital platforms.

• Basic knowledge of IT, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technologies.

• Ability and eagerness to quickly learn new technical concepts.

• Comfortable collaborating with PS, SMEs, and technical teams to translate technical information into learner-friendly formats.

• Interest in AI-driven content creation and learning technologies.

• Experience with, or willingness to learn, AI tools for content development, video production, research, editing, and personalization.

• Proficient in using Camtasia for screen recording, video editing, demonstrations, and tutorials.

• Capability to assess new digital tools and identify opportunities to enhance learning efficiency and quality.

• Experience in a technical training, corporate learning, EdTech, or technology setting is preferred.

• Background in developing content for technical or professional audiences is a plus.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Understanding of instructional design principles is preferred.

• Experience with cybersecurity or enterprise technology content is a bonus.

• Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, video editing platforms, or similar tools is desirable.

• Strong visual and creative capabilities.

• Excellent writing and editorial judgment.
