This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the video production pipeline from initial intake to final delivery.
• Manage content calendars, project tracking documents, production timelines, shot lists, media management, post-production processes, and publishing workflows.
• Discover and implement opportunities for AI, automation, and cutting-edge tools.
• Supervise the consolidated content calendar and manage shared resources.
• Enhance collaborative capture opportunities across teams, connecting producers with post-production assets.
• Collaborate with editorial, social media, creative, brand, media, and production teams to prioritize content and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Assist in YouTube publishing operations, which include maintaining calendars, packaging content, performance analysis, testing, and optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, production firms, and vendors.
• Oversee production logistics, including bids, statements of work, budgets, and review processes.
• Aid in creative and production decisions, such as talent sourcing and post-production requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, content creation, creative operations, or a similar field.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of the complete video production lifecycle and digital publishing.
• Experience collaborating with internal creative teams, agencies, vendors, and production partners.
• Familiarity with YouTube, SEO, audience engagement, and video performance metrics.
• Proficient in utilizing data to enhance content, publishing strategies, and audience growth.
• Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and focused on solutions.
• Genuine interest in systems, AI, automation, and innovative production tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, marketing, business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with hands-on editing, post-production, or on-set activities is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, and Figma is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel as required.
