Content Creation Specialist, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design visually appealing social media materials that are in line with client branding and tone.

• Create and edit short-form video content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Collaborate effectively with marketing, community, and game art teams.

• Utilize AI-driven creative tools to generate, enhance, and optimize visual content.

• Develop templates and scalable art systems to improve production efficiency.

• Produce basic motion graphics and simple animations.

• Stay updated on design trends, player behavior, and best practices in social media.

• Implement social media content formats, including vertical video, hooks, captions, and engagement-focused creatives.

• Participate in creative ideation and campaign development from brainstorming to execution.

• Provide visual support for community initiatives, including updates and contests.

• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

• Report to the Community Lead and clients for collaborative efforts and content engagement analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in Algeria, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Tunisia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Nigeria, North Macedonia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Panama, the Philippines, Peru, or Vietnam.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Artist, Social Media Designer, or Creative Content Artist.

• Ideally, experience in video editing or motion graphics is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and additional creative software.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted creative workflows, such as Scenario or ChatGPT.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and understanding what content performs best on each platform.

• Excellent communication skills, with a minimum English proficiency of C1.

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s for both download and upload.

• International latency should be below 120 ms.

• At least 8 GB of RAM required.

• Operating on Windows 11 (excluding Windows S Mode) or macOS 13.0 or later.

• Processor with a CPU Mark of at least 7368, similar to i5-8300H; 8th Gen Intel or above, or 2nd Gen Ryzen or above.

• Smartphone capable of two-factor authentication running Android 10.0 or newer, or Apple iOS 16.0 or newer.
