Contemplative Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Contemplative Practitioners to deliver remote telehealth services to our clients.

• We are excited to collaborate with innovative mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the highest quality care to our clients.

• We ask that our facilitators commit to at least 9 permanent group hours per week to lead group sessions and foster meaningful connections with our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health is mandatory for this position. Please refrain from applying if you do not meet this criterion.

• Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT from Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays is essential to accommodate our clients' schedules.

• Experience working with a diverse range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults, is required.

• Experience with high acuity populations is necessary.

• Certification in your contemplative practice (all disciplines are encouraged to apply), and/or a Clinical license is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching/facilitating experience in your contemplative field is needed.

• Availability to work between 9 and 40 hours per week is expected.

• The technical capability to conduct effective telehealth sessions is required.

• A reliable WIFI connection is necessary when interacting with clients.

• This is a 1099 position, part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

• Familiarity with and willingness to utilize cloud-based communication tools—such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox—alongside EMR and survey software on a daily basis is required.

• Authorization to work in the United States and native or bilingual proficiency in English is essential.
