This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, or chat
• Address customer concerns effectively and with professionalism
• Deliver clear and precise information regarding products and services
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the database
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Engage in virtual training sessions
• Offer outstanding customer support from a remote home setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
• Prior experience in a contact center or customer service position is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting
• Must agree to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada
• Completion of a full application including screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment is required
