Consumer Loans Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, execution, and post-launch assistance for approved new products, ensuring alignment with relevant policies, risk tolerances, and established controls.

• Generate and present standardized management reports regarding new product implementations, detailing deployment progress, identified challenges, and follow-up actions.

• Analyze post-launch loan production and operational performance to detect issues, trends, and potential opportunities for process or procedural enhancements.

• Facilitate onboarding and continuous operational support for TPO partners and FLHS lenders, which includes job aids, procedures, training, pipeline monitoring, and live operational assistance.

• Manage approved process improvement initiatives across FLHS and partner functions, aiding in implementation, documentation, communication, and acceptance of process modifications.

• Sustain and oversee the FLHS procedure library, coordinating regular reviews and updates.

• Oversee FLHS model governance activities, encompassing model risk management documentation, reviews, updates, and continuous monitoring.

• Coordinate responses to identified issues and track remediation efforts until resolution.

• Manage new vendor approval processes and ongoing vendor assessments in accordance with vendor management standards.

• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of experience in various aspects of mortgage lending.

• Proficient in communicating with customers, internal colleagues, vendors, and other service providers in a prompt and professional manner.

• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
