Consultor Técnico Comercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Formulate and adjust balanced feed and/or concentrates for swine according to requirements, production objectives, and customer conditions.

• Design nutritional programs by phase: pre-starter, starter, grower, finishing, gestation, and lactation.

• Implement the consultative sales model to identify nutritional/productive needs and portfolio opportunities.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Provide technical support and follow-up, documenting learnings for continuous improvement.

• Manage a portfolio with a focus on commercial sustainability.

• Maintain business intelligence on practices, pricing, competition, and market trends.

• Plan and execute technical-commercial strategies to position the portfolio, achieve goals, and generate sustainable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Veterinary Medicine and/or Animal Science.

• Postgraduate degree and/or experience in Animal Nutrition and Production is desirable.

• Experience in technical and/or commercial assistance in swine, ideally with a strong background in nutrition.

• Proven experience in diet formulation (balanced feed and/or concentrates) is essential.

• Knowledge in animal nutrition and production.

• Availability for a hybrid/remote work model in Antioquia (Medellín).
