Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds) for clients.

• Gather requirements and design solutions.

• Configure and coordinate customized developments.

• Serve as a functional and technical reference for the client.

• Manage workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Ensure best practices, quality, and compliance with deliverables.

• Participate in new company initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting.

• Salesforce Administrator certification.

• At least 2 advanced certifications, such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Direct interaction with clients in complex environments.

• Experience leading projects or teams.

• Ability to generate backlog for the team.

• Strong communication and client management skills.
