Senior Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and effectively manage projects across small, mid-market, and enterprise levels throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Lead CloudMasonry project teams to achieve high-quality results through effective delegation and communication.

• Oversee key workstreams, driving requirements, priorities, dependencies, and delivery across both client and project teams.

• Collaborate with clients to determine business-aligned solutions and ensure stakeholder engagement.

• Develop strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders within client organizations.

• Provide strategic insights into Salesforce capabilities to enhance processes and promote user adoption.

• Conduct client workshops, demonstrations, and status meetings.

• Mentor and assist junior team members.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships through trusted advisory and value-added suggestions.

• Be prepared to travel approximately 25% to 50%, depending on client needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Consulting.

• Salesforce Admin Certification is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud is essential.

• Capability to define and guide the design of high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong project and client management skills.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Familiarity with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies.

• Completion of the applicant assessment is required after submitting a resume.
