Senior Consultant – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discussions on technical architecture and implement comprehensive declarative solutions across various Salesforce clouds, including Health Cloud, Sales, Service, and Experience.

• Take ownership of the delivery for large and intricate Implementation Services or Managed Services projects, overseeing the process from discovery to go-live.

• Achieve delivery goals and meet Variable Compensation metrics.

• Utilize AI tools to produce complex automation logic and component markup based on clear natural language prompts.

• Ensure all AI-generated outputs comply with PHI regulations and HIPAA guidelines prior to client delivery.

• Convert complex technical ideas into business language for non-technical stakeholders, linking design decisions to client outcomes.

• Proactively identify systemic issues and suggest solutions; raise potential risks before they reach clients.

• Mentor base-tier consultants and promote internal process enhancements within the practice.

• Advocate for knowledge sharing and instruct junior team members on prompt engineering for HLS configuration tasks.

• Remain updated on advancements in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience with the platform, including a minimum of 3 years in HLS consulting.

• Proven expertise in at least one specialty cloud, holding 4 or more relevant certifications.

• Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead IS or MS projects from scoping through to delivery.

• Extensive knowledge of PHI data management and HIPAA security regulations.

• Familiarity with various HLS use cases (Payer, Provider, or related sectors).

• Client-oriented mindset; effectively manages client expectations, particularly in challenging situations, employing an empathy-first approach to conflict resolution.

• Proficient in translating complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders and identifying systemic issues before they escalate.

• Actively contributes to initiatives across the practice without prompting; regularly mentors colleagues and shares insights gained.
