This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the customer's advocate, ensuring that ERP solutions meet client goals.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and engage in proactive customer advocacy.
• Facilitate executive steering committees for strategic oversight.
• Ensure clients optimize their investments in the Epicor platform.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize ERP initiatives based on return on investment and business impact.
• Maintain oversight of ERP projects within designated portfolios.
• Create tailored ERP portfolio roadmaps for customers.
• Act as Program Manager for significant ERP initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Supervise forecasting, invoicing, margin tracking, and overall profitability.
• Track and report on billable utilization metrics.
• Balance the capacity of internal resources with client demand.
• Escalate and resolve any issues related to program delivery.
• Manage customer budgets, forecasts, and expenditures within the portfolio.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and compliance with accounts receivable.
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management efforts and monitor benefits realization.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Epicor solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolios and programs.
• Provide dashboards, executive reviews, and financial updates.
• Apply insights gained from experiences to enhance delivery methods and outcomes.
• Collaborate with customer executives, vendors, and internal delivery teams.
• Facilitate the resolution of escalations and conflicts effectively.
• Promote client referenceability and develop case studies.
• Aim for C-Level participation and/or presentations at Insights events.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile Portfolio Management.
• Over 10 years of experience in program/project management, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on ERP delivery.
• Proven track record in managing billable programs with strong performance in utilization and profitability.
• Demonstrated capability to lead extensive ERP portfolios and programs in global settings.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor.
• Financial expertise encompassing P&L management at both project and program levels, along with benefits realization and contract management.
• Ability to balance customer requirements with profitability in delivery.
• Experience in managing billable utilization, forecasting, and program profitability.
• Skill in translating customer strategies into actionable ERP portfolio initiatives.
• Proficient in portfolio/program analysis and decision-making processes.
• Background in change management and cultural transformation within ERP programs.
• Strong skills in executive presentation and negotiation.
• Capability to work efficiently in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments.
