Consulting Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle for experienced candidates, from initial discussions to final offer acceptance.

• Ensure effective and transparent communication among all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with leadership, resource management, and HR to identify staffing requirements and create customized recruiting strategies.

• Identify, evaluate, and engage top talent, with an emphasis on building diverse candidate pools.

• Organize interviews and debriefing sessions with hiring managers.

• Drive offer negotiations and extensions in collaboration with HR and company leadership.

• Keep precise records in the ATS and ensure adherence to company policies, diversity objectives, and EEO regulations.

• Work closely with talent attraction operations to manage candidate communications and necessary documentation.

• Develop and sustain relationships with candidates, hiring partners, and external recruitment sources.

• Act as a representative of the firm at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.

• Contribute to employment branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and enhancements to the recruiting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in HR or a related field is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in full cycle recruiting is required.

• Experience in professional services or public accounting is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships, influence stakeholders, and achieve results in dynamic environments.

• Strong skills in time management, communication, organization, and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship.
