This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Lead consulting projects for Life Sciences clients focusing on strategies for patient engagement, patient journeys, transformation of operating models, and digital enablement.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and serve as the primary client contact on a daily basis.
• Propel execution, align stakeholders, and expand patient-centric solutions including patient support programs and engagement platforms.
• Manage large-scale client initiatives, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget.
• Direct solution development and the implementation process.
• Cultivate client relationships and guarantee client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build business relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Implement business development strategies, encompassing lead qualification, problem/solution exploration, proposal creation, and client meetings.
• Inspire, coach, mentor, and lead direct reports and client project teams.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of high-potential talent.
• Conduct client meetings and discussions that yield clear outcomes.
• Create business presentations and reviews for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop governance frameworks to define, monitor, and support programs and strategies.
• Assess and adopt new tools, processes, and methods to enhance methodologies.
• Formulate methodologies and intellectual capital for the practice area.
• Represent the company at speaking engagements, networking opportunities, executive events, seminars, and other marketing initiatives.
• Travel occasionally to client locations and/or attend designated hub offices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in Life Sciences.
• Proven track record in delivering patient engagement or patient support solutions (digital, CRM, or service-oriented).
• Established capability to lead client engagements and teams.
• Experience in managing complex projects that involve efficiency, productivity, quality, costs, and digital capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, encompassing policy alignment, clear communication, and technology solutions that support strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated success in executing business development strategies and achieving targets.
• Experience in technology strategic planning, including critical thinking and navigating ambiguous situations.
• Well-developed communication skills with a proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
• Effective skills in resolving problems.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in people leadership, including coaching and mentoring.
• Proven ability to establish trusting relationships and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Willingness to travel based on client requirements.
• Legally authorized to work full-time for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Over 8 years of consulting experience, including leadership roles.
• Preferred: Experience in developing a technology practice or service offerings in life sciences.
• Preferred: Background in process improvement/Six Sigma/Lean Sigma methodologies.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
