This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a portfolio of Sensedia clients throughout Latin America.
• Manage personnel functionally and adjust team sizes based on the objectives of each account.
• Build, nurture, and retain high-performing teams.
• Guarantee an outstanding experience for both clients and teams.
• Conduct feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and initiatives for career development.
• Engage technical teams in aligning with the client’s business and effectively communicating deliverables.
• Direct strategic account communications via organized monthly meetings.
• Align team assessments and calibration in collaboration with Team Leaders.
• Partner with leadership to define best practices and ensure consistent delivery.
• Lead individuals and stakeholders across various countries, time zones, and cultural contexts.
• Maintain executive relationships to ensure account performance and client satisfaction.
• Identify and manage project risks in collaboration with Team Leaders.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product and service offerings as well as project scopes.
• Expand and scale deliveries and teams by pinpointing growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities, challenges, and gaps while driving continuous improvement.
• Lead executive meetings, presentations, and negotiations in Spanish.
• Ensure financial stability, predictable outcomes, and maintain up-to-date revenue pipeline information.
• Monitor client billing and growth metrics.
• Track and produce strategic and financial project metrics and data.
• Validate and participate in negotiations to safeguard profit margins.
• Fluency in Spanish is essential.
• Experience as a Manager in Professional Services at a mid-sized or large technology enterprise.
• Proven experience collaborating with clients across multiple Latin American nations.
• Familiarity with APIs, integration, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience in fostering relationships with executives from large corporations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Based in Brazil.
• Strong background in information technology.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational transformations.
• Experience in directing and guiding digital solutions across various accounts and projects.
• Strong business insight and a commitment to innovation.
• Experience managing headcount, forecasts, overtime, gross/net revenue, costs, planning, attrition, and other strategic planning metrics.
• Advanced understanding of project management and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supervising other leaders, such as Team Leaders or Coordinators, as direct reports.
• Experience in influencing and engaging teams, departments, and partners without direct authority.
• Experience in developing opportunities and evaluating commercial proposals.
• Experience in measuring client and team satisfaction through performance indicators.
• Proficient in Portuguese and Spanish for effective communication with teams and clients across Latin America.
