Consulting Director, Indirect Spend

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate consulting projects aimed at enhancing indirect spend and purchased services initiatives for healthcare provider clients.

• Analyze complex data and convey insightful findings that shape client decision-making and behaviors.

• Convert analytical results into high-level presentations, strategic advice, and actionable implementation strategies.

• Conduct discussions with C-suite executives and senior leaders in the healthcare sector.

• Act as Project Lead, overseeing project scope, deliverables, timelines, priorities, and coordination of resources across various workstreams.

• Collaborate with clients to identify, influence, and execute opportunities for operational and financial enhancements.

• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, accountability, and delivering high-quality consulting results.

• Assist with marketing, solution and proposal development, as well as sales initiatives.

• Mentor and guide consultants in data analysis, advanced analytical methods, data interpretation, and storytelling techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred relevant degree.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.

• Proven experience in leading indirect spend, purchased services, or operational improvement initiatives within healthcare organizations.

• Strong project management capabilities with a history of managing complex projects or workstreams.

• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret intricate data and generate actionable financial and operational insights.

• Proven track record in effectively communicating and facilitating discussions with senior and executive-level client leaders.

• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consulting capabilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently and promptly throughout the year to meet client needs and schedules.
