• Assist in revolutionizing the conveyancing sector

• Generate over 50% of your own caseload

• Manage residential conveyancing cases including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Oversee transactions involving both freehold and leasehold properties

• Take ownership of the conveyancing process for your assigned cases

• Collaborate with teams in sales, onboarding, finance, administration, post-completion, and legal support

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualified experience

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive in residential conveyancing

• Strong commitment to client service with a focus on delivering a remarkable client experience

• Motivation to develop your own caseload

• Proven experience and proficiency in owning the entire process for sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• Familiarity with freehold and leasehold property transactions

• A strong inclination toward digital technology and working efficiently
