
Consultant II – Epic/Meditech Revenue Cycle, Healthcare Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the configuration and enhancement of Epic and/or Meditech revenue cycle applications across front-end, middle, and back-end processes.
• Engage in Epic and/or Meditech implementation or optimization initiatives as a member of a project team.
• Aid in current-state workflow assessments and provide input for system-enabled improvement suggestions.
• Develop, test, and confirm the functionality of Epic and/or Meditech systems including Patient Access, HIM, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Resolute applications.
• Support the creation and delivery of training materials and sessions for end-users.
• Document workflows, system settings, and project-related artifacts.
• Collaborate with project team members, client stakeholders, and technical experts.
• Offer support during go-live events, including tracking and resolving issues.
• Assist in identifying system or workflow challenges and escalate as necessary.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the documentation of best practices.
• A minimum of an Associate's degree is required (preferably in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, or a related field).
• At least 2 years of practical experience with Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle.
• Experience in supporting revenue cycle operations throughout the entire continuum, with a focus on back-end processes (billing, collections, denials).
• Participation in at least one Epic/MEDITECH implementation or significant optimization project.
• Background in a consulting, analyst, or operational support role.
• Proficient understanding of Epic or MEDITECH revenue cycle applications.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, reimbursement models, and compliance issues.
• Capability to analyze, configure, and enhance workflows and system settings.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or performance monitoring within Epic/MEDITECH.
