This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Interact directly with clients on Procurement and Supply Chain projects.

• Enhance efficiency, promote effectiveness, and boost the capacity to influence spending and generate value.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on spend analysis, strategic sourcing, forecasting, and consolidation initiatives.

• Oversee governance and performance of a team comprising 8 to 10 Analysts.

• Evaluate risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of requests and issues.

• Articulate team objectives, deliverables, and changes in scope.

• Mentor team members and offer first-level guidance on procedures and methodologies.

• Tackle increasingly complex issues and effectively delegate for succession planning.

• Leverage data analytics and storytelling skills to improve the client experience.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative evaluations to create Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Should Cost models.

• Present insights to key client stakeholders utilizing presentation skills, data analytics, and advanced Excel proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, Procurement, or consulting with a Fortune 1,000 organization.

• Advanced skills in financial assessments, data evaluations, MS Excel (including pivot tables), and creating charts and graphs, as well as MS PowerPoint presentations.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Procure-To-Pay platforms (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is strongly preferred.

• Capability to work effectively with all organizational levels.

• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, adaptable, and demonstrating initiative and confidence.

• Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal), including formal presentation skills.

• Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Flexible communication style to fit various corporate cultures and organizational frameworks.

• Background in supply chain and procurement assessments: interviewing, modeling, analytics, and report writing.

• Experience with strategic sourcing efforts: defining scope, conducting market and supplier research, developing RFx documentation, managing evaluations, and negotiations.

• Familiarity with benchmarking, client research, proposal development, and other internal projects.

• Experience in enhancing technical efficiency with spend assessments and visibility tools.

• Ability to create spend assessments, establish baseline spending, and quantify savings realized from sourcing activities.
