This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver implementation and enablement services in accordance with ATG standards within the allotted hours.
• Transform engagements into ongoing, recurring support opportunities.
• Execute designated project tasks across various services and project categories.
• Adjust to evolving priorities and workload demands effectively.
• Provide precise, high-quality technical outputs that align with the approved scope and standards.
• Independently create work and engage in discussions regarding approaches, decisions, and results with clients.
• Conduct Scan-to-BIM and modeling activities within the primary vertical.
• Cultivate a working knowledge of adjacent verticals.
• Assist in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate technical tasks, workflows, and results to clients and stakeholders.
• Adhere to established workflows, standards, and best practices consistently.
• Conduct self-assessments and participate in peer review processes.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns, risks, or constraints promptly.
• Engage in internal training, educational initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Collaborate with Managers to pinpoint areas for growth.
• Maintain billability across diverse project types while expanding technical expertise across verticals.
• A minimum of three years of experience in construction delivery, VDC, or project management.
• Hands-on experience with Forma or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Proven track record in delivering technical or professional services within a project-oriented setting.
• Strong expertise in at least one vertical: Architecture, Structural, Civil, MEP, or Construction/VDC.
• Capability to perform Scan-to-BIM and modeling tasks within the primary vertical.
• Proficiency with relevant Autodesk software such as Revit, ACC, Forma, or Civil 3D.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands and priorities.
• Comfort in discussing technical tasks with clients and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to expand skill sets beyond a single vertical.
• Minimum of 40 hours of work per week, with additional hours as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Capability to travel between office locations, including those with stairs.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Sufficient visual and auditory abilities, with or without assistance.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
