Construction Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the nationwide implementation of Wing Nests, which includes the drone charging and operational infrastructure.

• Implement existing deployment strategies.

• Identify areas for efficiency improvement and drive process enhancements.

• Be responsible for GC contracts and manage material budgets.

• Negotiate vendor agreements, enforce service level agreements (SLAs), and maintain financial tracking that is ready for audits.

• Oversee field workflows from permit approval to operational handover across multiple concurrent sites.

• Enhance site launch standards and improve operational monitoring.

• Report site progress to leadership, escalate risks, and address inter-team bottlenecks.

• Offer operational guidance and mentorship to field coordinators and deployment specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in construction project management, field operations, site deployment, or managing multiple vendors.

• Proven experience in managing material and GC budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring contractors adhere to SLAs.

• Experience in developing or optimizing deployment playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Proficient in Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar relational tracking tools.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 36 months.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the country.
