This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for directing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of intricate, multi-phase projects.
• Supervises project advancement, coordinating efforts among cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Oversees projects from their inception to completion, which includes design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store turnover, and final closeout.
• Acts as the main liaison between clients, airport authorities, concession operators, and other stakeholders.
• Manages airport-specific project specifications, including security requirements, badging processes, access limitations, operational constraints, landlord approvals, and after-hours construction scheduling.
• Directs consultants, contractors, vendors, and specialty trades involved in the project.
• Coordinates the rollout of branded retail and food service operations.
• Manages contract administration, budgets, forecasts, and project timelines.
• Identifies potential project risks and implements proactive strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitors project milestones and provides consistent updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, five or more years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A valid driver's license is required, with no significant points or violations on the driving record (clean driving record).
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with project components, processes, and methodologies.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from clients, peers, and technical field personnel.
• Skilled in defining problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing sound conclusions.
• Technology Skills: Proficient in operating a computer, with knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet applications, and web-based project management tools.
