Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, revise, and sustain project schedules with precise logic ties, milestones, and critical paths.

• Monitor scope, alterations, and dependencies to ensure that baselines and current schedules remain aligned.

• Identify risks, delays, and resource limitations; propose recovery or mitigation strategies.

• Keep organized project documentation, drawings, and logs within Procore.

• Assist in tracking submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, punch lists, and action items.

• Guarantee version control and prompt dissemination of updated documents to stakeholders.

• Perform detailed line-by-line reviews for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across systems.

• Create recurring dashboards/status reports on schedule health, scope modifications, and progress.

• Support quantity takeoffs, bid tabulation/leveling, and outreach to vendors/subcontractors.

• Aggregate quotes, refresh cost assumptions, and maintain logs of estimates.

• Enforce and maintain SOPs across active projects to ensure uniformity.

• Organize structured file systems, templates, and checklists to ensure repeatable quality.

• Collaborate with field/remote teams to provide updates on schedule and within SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager or Project Engineer supporting construction projects.

• Experience in project engineering, civil engineering, or construction project support.

• Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills in English.

• Computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor or better.

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 40MBPS.

• A headset with an extended microphone featuring noise cancellation and a webcam.

• A backup computer and alternative internet connection.

• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
