This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Carry out general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and improvements for buildings.
β’ Execute special projects within the Daniels property portfolio.
β’ Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance or repair requirements.
β’ Coordinate with subcontractors and assist in planning and scheduling projects.
β’ Support preventative maintenance initiatives and address facility maintenance concerns.
β’ Provide assistance with roofing and other capital improvement projects as necessary.
β’ Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and Daniels safety standards.
β’ Travel extensively across the United States.
β’ Aid in construction, maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects for the national property portfolio.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in commercial construction or facility maintenance.
β’ Proficient in skilled trades such as carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or general construction.
β’ Familiarity with commercial building systems and construction methodologies.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
β’ Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel extensively.
β’ OSHA certification is preferred.
