Construction & Maintenance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and improvements for buildings.

• Execute special projects within the Daniels property portfolio.

• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance or repair requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and assist in planning and scheduling projects.

• Support preventative maintenance initiatives and address facility maintenance concerns.

• Provide assistance with roofing and other capital improvement projects as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and Daniels safety standards.

• Travel extensively across the United States.

• Aid in construction, maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects for the national property portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial construction or facility maintenance.

• Proficient in skilled trades such as carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or general construction.

• Familiarity with commercial building systems and construction methodologies.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel extensively.

• OSHA certification is preferred.
