Construction Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize, supervise, lead, and train employees to successfully complete installation projects within established guidelines.

• Interpret and convey project specifications effectively to team members and contractors.

• Enforce safety regulations and address work- or personnel-related issues promptly.

• Comprehend project scope and prepare meticulously for safe and successful installations.

• Assist managers in conducting inspections and preparing reports to ensure work adheres to specifications and timelines.

• Initiate necessary repairs or replacements and modify procedures as required.

• Foster excellent customer relationships and consistently communicate project updates.

• Supervise the installation of fall protection systems at various worksites across the United States.

• Be prepared to travel up to 100% of the time, often outside of the local area.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction field.

• Proficient in the use of power tools.

• Must have a personal set of hand tools for installation projects.

• Previous experience working at heights of up to 100 feet is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact directly and professionally with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members.
