This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the speed and momentum of enterprise AI projects from initial pilot phases to widespread adoption.
• Facilitate the implementation of the Connected Strategy across the organization, concentrating on initiatives related to Connected Factory and Connected Products.
• Expand Xeta-powered data solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Achieve full operational maturity across nine factories and three products.
• Deploy tier boards and advanced analytics visuals within 48 hours, scalable to nine factories.
• Guarantee foundational data delivery from business units to ES Digital Solution teams.
• Propel the execution of three connected product lighthouse projects with a return on investment exceeding $10MM.
• Speed up product performance enhancement, serviceability, and operational availability.
• Empower product teams to utilize data for enhanced customer experiences and business results.
• Oversee a portfolio of prioritized AI initiatives from pilot stages to full-scale deployment.
• Identify and address risks or stalled projects through collaborative efforts across functions.
• Maintain acceleration mechanisms that include intake, prioritization, stage gates, and kill criteria.
• Present initiative status, risks, and requirements to the AI Council and senior sponsors.
• Align teams and expedite delivery through workshops and change management initiatives.
• Phase out outdated capabilities, introduce innovations in digital, data, and AI, and reduce costs.
• Provide standardized digital solutions across lighthouse sites.
• Attain near-real-time performance and proactive monitoring capabilities.
• Fulfill committed improvement targets for connected factories and products.
• Advocate for digital, data, and AI capabilities throughout RTX.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience paired with a minimum of 14 years of relevant prior experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 12 years of experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management within a large, matrixed corporate setting.
• At least 5 years in a leadership position driving enterprise-level initiatives.
• Proven experience in steering large-scale initiatives from pilot to complete deployment with predictable timelines, measurable business impact, and established governance mechanisms.
• Experience in leading extensive, complex initiatives at scale and influencing and aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Skilled in facilitating executive-level workshops and achieving alignment on strategy and delivery among diverse cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in operating within regulated environments (e.g., ITAR/EAR, CUI), ensuring compliance while delivering business results under constraints.
