Confluence Solution Architect, French-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders (in French) to identify current usage of Confluence, challenges, and objectives.

• Develop the ideal Confluence configuration: including space structure, page hierarchy, templates, permissions model, and naming conventions.

• Plan and oversee the migration or restructuring of Confluence Cloud, which encompasses app evaluation, macro adjustments, and user/group organization.

• Establish a governance framework: detailing space ownership, content lifecycle, archiving policies, and administrative roles.

• Configure Confluence along with essential Marketplace applications, and establish integrations with Jira/JSM when necessary.

• Produce architecture and design documentation, operational runbooks, and handover materials in French (and English when required).

• Provide training for space owners and administrators, and facilitate adoption during the go-live phase.

• Update the project lead weekly on progress, risks, and decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in French (both spoken and written), along with professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of practical experience with Confluence at a senior admin, consultant, or architect level.

• Demonstrated expertise in Confluence information architecture and governance design.

• Experience with Confluence Cloud, including migrations from Data Center/Server to Cloud using the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).

• Comprehensive understanding of Confluence permissions, spaces, templates, macros, and Atlassian Cloud administration.

• Strong consulting abilities: conducting workshops, managing stakeholders, and producing clear documentation.
