
Conflicts Analyst – Weekend Coverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.
• Timely processing of conflict searches for new client and matter requests on a daily basis.
• Conduct thorough corporate research utilizing various resources, including current press releases and historical data.
• Assess Intapp Open workflow requests to ensure all submissions include essential information.
• Analyze Conflict Results Reports to pinpoint actual potential conflicts in accordance with team guidelines.
• Perform research to evaluate the significance of potential conflicts.
• Investigate the Conflicts Database and other firm documentation to aid in conflict resolution.
• Engage with request stakeholders to resolve potential conflicts.
• Maintain daily communication with the Manager regarding potential conflict resolutions and any issues with pending requests.
• Document and organize records related to conflict resolution.
• Sustain telephone and personal interactions with attorneys and staff concerning conflict-of-interest issues.
• Monitor outstanding and ongoing workflow requests.
• Execute special projects as assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience is required, preferably within a professional services setting.
• Prior experience with Intapp is essential.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy guidelines and associated rules for conflict processing is preferred.
• Capability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting time constraints.
• Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision and adhere to established deadlines.
• Proficient in interacting professionally and delivering exceptional service.
• Competence in responding to requests that require analytical skills and decision-making for new client and matter processing.
