Configuration Analyst, Level I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support for healthcare platform software configurations.

• Evaluate change requests for alignment and compatibility with existing systems.

• Diagnose configuration problems and pinpoint necessary adjustments.

• Execute business functions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Assess business requirements and carry out configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing.

• Create or assist in the development of prototype configurations.

• Analyze and design configurations to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.

• Escalate and resolve issues as instructed.

• Provide estimates on activities and deliver clear status updates.

• Record request statuses in the change management system.

• Work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Support projects as directed by management.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the technical and functional architecture of assigned systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in business systems or within the healthcare sector.

• Solid understanding of claims processing and billing operations.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Capability to execute basic queries and generate reports.

• Willingness to work beyond standard business hours to address business requirements.

• Experience with relational databases and data models is preferred.

• Proficiency in designing basic SQL queries is preferred.

• Prior experience in a configuration analyst position is preferred.
