This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate effectively with the company’s support functions.
• Primarily conduct behavioral investigations, internal interviews, document assessments, and database analyses utilizing internal tools.
• Create management reports regarding the Conduct Hotline and investigations undertaken, organizing materiality and evidence.
• Suggest ongoing enhancements to conduct and investigation procedures.
• Discover opportunities to improve the efficacy of the whistleblower hotline, as well as analysis and investigation processes.
• Analyze inquiries submitted to the Conduct team and provide informed opinions.
• Partner closely with Human Resources, Legal, and Health and Safety to ensure a cohesive approach to complaint management.
• Remain informed about trends and advancements in corporate ethics and whistleblower hotlines, share insights with the team, and implement best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience in positions linked to corporate ethics, whistleblower hotlines, or compliance.
• Background in risk management, internal auditing, compliance, or fraud investigation.
• Strong expertise in corporate ethics, whistleblower hotlines, and organizational conduct.
• Familiarity with pertinent regulations and industry best practices.
• Solid understanding of and experience with diversity-related issues.
• Capacity to analyze hotline reports to extract insights and identify patterns.
• Proficiency in analytical tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with reporters, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
• Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and comprehend reporters’ perspectives.
• Sensitivity in addressing ethical concerns with empathy and fairness.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Certifications related to investigations and compliance are beneficial.
• Knowledge of forensic technologies is an advantage.
• Skills in investigative interviewing are a benefit.
