Concierge Gen Ops Specialist, Principal Coordinator – Velocity Black

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients, restaurants, vendors, and colleagues to provide exceptional service in dining, experiences, travel, and luxury products.

• Generate content ideas and present them to the Content Team on a weekly basis.

• Fulfill member requests from start to finish.

• Provide concierge services through chat, AI, mobile payments, and the app platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or an Equivalent Certification.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Luxury Hospitality.

• Strong adaptability and multitasking abilities.

• A 'Yes first' approach to service.

• General understanding of high-end experiences, luxury products, and fine dining establishments.

• Experience interacting with high net worth individuals and clients.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for problem-solving.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that are clear and effective.

• Experience thriving in a collaborative and transparent work environment.

• Capability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.

• Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
