Concierge Gen Ops Specialist, Principal Coordinator – Velocity Black

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional service in dining, experiences, travel, and luxury goods.

• Generate content ideas and submit them to the Content Team on a weekly basis.

• Fulfill end-to-end member requests efficiently.

• Deliver premium concierge services for Velocity Black customers.

• Manage customer inquiries via the concierge service’s chat and digital platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Luxury Hospitality.

• Strong adaptability and multitasking capabilities.

• A ‘Yes first’ approach is essential.

• Familiarity with high-end experiences, luxury goods, and fine dining.

• Experience interacting with high net worth individuals and clients.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, clear and effective.

• Proven ability to work in a collaborative and transparent work environment.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure setting with tight deadlines.

• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends is necessary.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Over 2 years of Luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
