Computer Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage intricate computer systems, networks, and applications.

• Operate distributed systems within a multi-vendor landscape.

• Execute batch operations in accordance with service level agreements.

• Investigate first-level issues across various systems.

• Address or escalate issues as necessary.
