Computer Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage intricate computer systems, networks, and applications

• Operate distributed systems within a multi-vendor setting

• Execute batch operations in accordance with service agreements

• Analyze initial-level issues across various systems

• Address or redirect issues as necessary

• Create support system management processes customized to meet customer needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with scheduling software, reporting, and logging

• Competent in operating systems (Windows or Mac)

• Experience in troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and basic networking (preferred)

• Customer-oriented mindset
