πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of and oversee the partner compliance framework across a diverse partner base, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory standards.

β€’ Spearhead the hands-on onboarding process, which includes integrating xpate onto partner platforms and facilitating xpate clients onto partners.

β€’ Gather, prepare, and submit essential onboarding documentation, questionnaires, procedures, and compliance materials.

β€’ Serve as the primary contact for compliance discussions with partners, addressing RFIs, follow-up inquiries, periodic evaluations, and ongoing requests.

β€’ Collaborate across business, risk, and legal teams to ensure the smooth progression of onboarding and continuous partner processes.

β€’ Identify discrepancies between partner requirements and internal processes, proposing viable solutions.

β€’ Monitor progress, timelines, and dependencies to ensure that launches occur as planned.

β€’ Develop, enhance, and document partner onboarding and compliance processes as xpate continues to grow.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, onboarding, partnerships, or risk within the payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated sector.

β€’ Proficiency with compliance documentation, including AML/KYC frameworks, policies and procedures, due diligence questionnaires, and regulatory requirements.

β€’ Capability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously without losing track of any details.

β€’ Ease in transitioning between diverse regulatory environments.

β€’ Exceptional writing skills that are appropriate for a partner's compliance officer and sufficiently clear for a sales colleague.

β€’ Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities and competence in creating and maintaining trackers.

β€’ Preferred: Experience with onboarding related to acquirers, PSPs, banking partners, or card schemes.

β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with EU/UK regulations such as EMI, PSD2, AMLD, DORA, and the EU AI Act, along with safeguarding requirements.

β€’ Preferred: Experience in developing a process that remains operational.
