📋 Description

• Assess client KYB documentation, including corporate registration, ownership structure, proof of operations, and authorized representatives.

• Assist with contractor KYC processes by verifying IDs, rectifying address or payment detail discrepancies, and addressing jurisdictional flags.

• Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks utilizing approved tools and methodologies.

• Investigate payment-related issues, including failed payouts, alterations in payment details, and concerns regarding cross-border payments.

• Maintain compliance trackers, evidence folders, and case notes to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits.

• Promptly and clearly escalate potential fraud, sanctions risks, unusual activities, or policy infractions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Operations on client-facing inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of practical compliance experience focusing on KYC, KYB, client/customer onboarding, or sanctions screening, preferably in a payment processor, bank, crypto exchange, or money transmitter.

• Proficient in meticulously reviewing documents to identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information.

• Strong command of written English, enabling you to compose clear case notes and articulate client requests effectively.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, managing case queues, and handling multiple open cases simultaneously.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the discernment to determine when to escalate issues rather than resolve them.

• Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
