Compliance Investigations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the execution of operational goals for the Compliance Investigations program.

• Expand the compliance operations investigations team to align with business growth while ensuring sustainable risk management and compliance support.

• Manage and enhance key metrics to assess the effectiveness of the compliance investigations program.

• Oversee comprehensive investigations initiated by KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and blockchain analytics.

• Lead a high-performing team, promoting accountability, continuous learning, and professional development within Compliance Operations.

• Assess the technology utilized in the investigations process, including automation solutions.

• Provide guidance and support to other Compliance team workstreams as a senior team member.

• Contribute to the formulation of long-term compliance strategies, automation of investigative processes, analytics, and regulatory reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring and Investigations operational processes.

• Practical experience in conducting investigations and writing suspicious activity reports.

• At least 4 years of experience managing a financial crime compliance team.

• A solid understanding of AML, KYC, and Sanctions regulations.

• Strong writing skills for producing deliverables that are reviewed by regulators, auditors, and law enforcement agencies.

• Experience in managing operational data sets and reporting KPIs/KRIs to leadership.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.

• Capability to develop and implement process enhancements based on business initiatives and compliance insights.
