Compliance Auditing & Monitoring Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the annual ABAC and/or HCC Auditing & Monitoring plan.

• Execute fundamental auditing and monitoring activities across specified risk areas.

• Evaluate transactions, third-party and channel partner support, documentation, and controls.

• Raise issues and inquiries through established compliance review pathways.

• Aid in the third-party risk management program desk reviews and onsite auditing tasks.

• Collect and assess necessary documentation against predefined criteria.

• Identify gaps for further action and assist in documenting observations, remediation efforts, and status updates.

• Monitor remediation efforts and collaborate with OpCo stakeholders on completion, evidence submission, and effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Compliance-related procedures.

• Utilize data analytics, dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and automation to uncover trends, enhance testing efficiency, and deliver compliance insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Over 6 years of experience in compliance, audit monitoring, risk management, or a similar role within a regulated environment.

• Capability to analyze information and evaluate documentation for thoroughness and consistency.

• Skill in maintaining precise records and articulating findings clearly in both written and verbal communication.

• Proficient in managing multiple workstreams with attention to detail, adhering to established methodologies, and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across different geographical locations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to learn compliance systems, data tools, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow automation platforms.

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
