This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Investigate automobile accidents involving one or multiple vehicles that result in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages.
• Provide customer support throughout the claims process.
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through phone, email, and text messages.
• Negotiate equitable injury settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.
• Conduct thorough reviews of damage and interpret policies to establish coverage.
• Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements in alignment with legal and business standards.
• Manage complex and challenging negotiation scenarios.
• Utilize estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms.
• Implement policies according to the terms of agreements.
• Maintain clear, timely, and precise claim documentation within the claims system.
• Oversee claims primarily in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and/or Wyoming.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling represented third-party Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience in managing severe, complex, and litigated Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience in handling claims in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and/or Wyoming.
• Extensive knowledge of Gross Tort Value and Risk Analysis is a plus.
• Experience with NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while effectively managing time.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessments.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for claims evaluation.
• Home office located in the United States; not available for residents of California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
• A dedicated private home workspace free from distractions.
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up.
• Suitable work surface and seating.
• Must undergo a background investigation.
• An adjuster and/or appraiser license may be required within 60 days of hire, if applicable.
• Active insurance license holders must terminate existing appointments and cannot maintain outside appointments during employment.
• Resident producer license holders must surrender that license when instructed.
• Allstate typically does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this role.
