This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in an extensive onboarding program facilitated by the University Relations team.
• Take part in weekly professional development workshops, networking events, social gatherings, and various program activities.
• Manage a significant project within the People & Culture team aimed at streamlining compensation data, processes, or insights.
• Collaborate with members of the compensation team, People Partners, and cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Grasp intricate challenges related to personnel and compensation.
• Examine data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Pose insightful questions and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Leverage data and AI-driven tools when applicable.
• Create innovative solutions that can be tested and put into practice.
• Currently a Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
• Eagerness to expand knowledge in technology.
• Competence in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Teams, Word, and more.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools for data analysis.
• Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• Must possess high energy, motivation, and be a self-starter.
