Compensation & Benefits Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Recommend benefits programs to management by analyzing employee needs, industry trends, and the benefits offerings of other organizations.

• Evaluate benefit options and forecast future costs to aid in management decision-making.

• Discover benefit options through program research and consultations with experts.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal regulations.

• Prepare and distribute benefit reports to educate employees on benefit utilization.

• Oversee benefits staff by providing coaching, counseling, and mentorship.

• Address employee inquiries and resolve issues by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.

• Generate special reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and trends.

• Lead special projects and undertake ad hoc tasks as necessary.

• Collaborate with department leaders to deliver data-driven insights for strategic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.

• 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Proficient in HR systems.

• Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and applicable legislation.

• Experience with MS Office applications.

• Excellent skills in conflict resolution.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management abilities.
