Compensation & Benefits Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and administration of competitive, compliant, and employee-centric compensation and benefits programs.

• Collaborate closely with departmental leaders.

• Provide data-driven insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Lead a team in delivering effective benefits solutions.

• Recommend benefits programs to management by analyzing employee needs, trends, and external developments in benefits.

• Evaluate benefit options and forecast future costs to aid management in decision-making.

• Identify benefit options by reviewing programs and seeking consultant advice.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements.

• Prepare and disseminate benefit reports to keep employees informed of benefit utilization.

• Manage benefits staff through coaching, mentoring, and counseling.

• Address employee inquiries and resolve issues by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.

• Compile special reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

• Lead special projects and undertake ad hoc tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.

• 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Proficiency in HR systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislation.

• Familiarity with MS Office.

• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
