This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients

• Cultivate enduring client relationships through consistent communication

• Assess the unique needs of clients and their employees

• Guarantee client satisfaction and retention

• Keep clients informed about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities

• Enhance the current benefits portfolio

• Introduce innovative bonus structures

• Create customized benefits programs

• Develop forward-thinking solutions to boost employee satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a similar qualification

• Several years of relevant experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management

• Strong focus on customer service and orientation

• Empathetic, confident, and assertive demeanor

• Capability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships

• Clear, persuasive, and highly effective communication and presentation skills

• Strong consulting abilities

• Independent, solution-oriented, and organized work style

• Excellent organizational capabilities and solid commercial knowledge

• Fluent in German and English, with strong negotiation skills

• Robust project management skills

• Interest in technical subjects
