Compensation and Benefits Manager – Regional/Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the implementation, management, and ongoing enhancement of our compensation and benefits programs.

• Supervise the daily analysis, execution, and communication of regional and global pay and benefits.

• Ensure the establishment of a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package system.

• Collaborate with Finance on budgets, year-end bonus incentive payment processes, and financial analyses of all plans.

• Engage in salary and labor market surveys.

• Perform continuous research and reporting on emerging trends, issues, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in leading the design changes of benefits and compensation from initial concept to execution.

• Background in benchmarking, job evaluation, salary banding, and incentive compensation.

• Established experience in conducting global pay market analysis and developing global compensation plans.

• Knowledge of labor legislation in the EU as well as Eastern Europe, Russia, and Ukraine.

• Experience in the Asia Pacific region is considered a plus.

• Preferably experienced in tech, CRO, or the pharmaceutical high-growth sector.

• Workday/HRIS experience is mandatory.
