Compensation and Benefits Manager – Regional/Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Executing, managing, and continuously enhancing compensation and benefits programs.

• Overseeing the daily analysis, implementation, and communication of regional and global pay and benefits.

• Ensuring a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package system.

• Assisting the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager in upholding a consistent strategy.

• Making data-driven decisions regarding compensation plans.

• Collaborating with Finance on budgets and financial analysis of compensation plans.

• Supporting Legal by ensuring compliance with compensation and benefit programs.

• Participating in salary and labor market surveys.

• Conducting ongoing research and reporting on emerging trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in leading changes in benefits and compensation design.

• Experience in benchmarking, job evaluation, salary banding, and incentive compensation.

• Established experience in conducting global pay market analysis and developing global compensation plans.

• Knowledge of labor legislation in the EU and Eastern Europe/Russia & Ukraine; experience in Asia Pacific is a plus.

• Preferred background in tech, CRO, or high-growth pharma environments.

• Workday/HRIS experience is essential, focusing on Core and Advanced compensation modules.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualification in a related field.

• Certified Compensation Professional Certification is an asset.
