Compensation and Benefits Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee compensation systems, databases, tools, access, documentation, and updates to data.

• Prepare, review, and audit data, reports, and dashboards related to compensation and benefits.

• Assist in the annual processes for merit increases, base pay adjustments, and bonuses in accordance with policies.

• Collaborate with global HR teams, Finance, IT, HRIS, Internal Audit, and external partners.

• Engage in compensation surveys, job matching, market analysis, and pay range assessments.

• Aid in job evaluation, grading, and associated documentation.

• Ensure that SAP, Reward, MySuccess, and related systems fulfill the requirements of compensation and benefits processes.

• Assist in system testing, implementation, documentation of processes, and user support.

• Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and standardize compensation and benefits processes.

• Offer analysis and recommendations for business decisions related to rewards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical discipline.

• Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, rewards, or a data-focused analytical role.

• Proficient in English.

• Strong skills in data management, reporting, and analysis.

• Capability to work with complex datasets.

• Good knowledge of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and organizational structures.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, MySuccess, Reward, or similar platforms.

• Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and project management.

• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience with compensation surveys, market data, process improvement, or benefits plans is a plus.
