This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, pay ranges, and job evaluation processes.

• Assist in annual compensation planning, encompassing merit, market, and promotional increase assessments.

• Collaborate with leadership to review compensation proposals and ensure they align with the compensation philosophy and budgetary guidelines.

• Aid in the administration of spot awards, bonus programs, and employee recognition initiatives.

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and external labor market data.

• Evaluate market competitiveness and provide recommendations for pay positioning.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of salary ranges and compensation frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations.

• Support audits and fulfill compensation-related reporting requirements.

• Maintain documentation, procedures, and governance practices related to compensation.

• Advise People & Culture partners and business leaders on compensation-related issues.

• Offer guidance on job evaluations, internal equity, and compensation practices.

• Facilitate organizational design and workforce planning through compensation analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation-related roles is strongly preferred.

• Preference for candidates with experience in conducting market pricing and compensation analysis.

• Familiarity with Pave.com or Salary.com market analysis tools is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and data analysis techniques.

• Experience with compensation surveys and market-pricing methodologies is essential.

• Ability to analyze intricate datasets and derive meaningful insights.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Experience with HRIS and reporting platforms is preferred.

• Certification as a CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is preferred.
