Company Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support corporate compliance in the role of a Nominee Company Director

• Execute documentation related to bank account openings

• Complete the initial onboarding and setup process, which is anticipated to take about 1–2 hours in the first month

• Primarily maintain a passive role post-appointment, with no operational duties

• Offer remote support and occasional administrative assistance

• Must possess permanent residency in the UK

• Should be comfortable with occasional administrative tasks and remote communication

• Must be able to provide proof of residence

• Required to have an active UK mobile phone number

• Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer

• Must possess a valid, up-to-date UK passport or driver’s license
