Community Supported Living Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide all facets of Community Supported Living operations within the designated region.

• Collaborate with key functional areas to ensure the delivery of quality support and adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Execute Individual and Behavioral Support Plans effectively.

• Supervise the support provided to individuals and manage the continuous development of programs.

• Oversee Direct Support Professionals within individuals’ residences and apartments.

• Conduct training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for Direct Support Professionals.

• Ensure that the needs and aspirations of individuals are met or surpassed through strategic staff utilization.

• Manage staff and guarantee that program personnel coverage is maintained at all times.

• Provide program support and services during times when other staff are unavailable.

• Uphold a safe living environment that aligns with individuals’ needs and preferences.

• Build and sustain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in managing behavioral challenges and diverse medical requirements.

• An Associate degree or higher is required.

• Demonstrated strong leadership and development skills.

• Proficient knowledge in budget management.

• Preferred qualification includes an Associate degree or higher in Health Administration.

• Capability to supervise, train, schedule, and assess Direct Support Professionals.

• Ability to ensure staff coverage and deliver support when other personnel are unavailable.

• Commitment to comply with organizational policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
